I've found out that my flags in make.conf caused some instability in programs running (I have many segfaults with long-working programs, even a bash-scripts. Also my load is allways > 2, so I think it's the matter of wrong chosing the flags.). How can I recompile now every one package (except bootstaps), emerge -u world gives me the packages that have newer versions...

emerge -UDe world should do it
