I have used it (hfsplus) with the 2.4.x kernel. Just compiled it as a module on my IBM clone and built-in on my PPC machine. So far I haven't had any problems.

I guess I haven't tried to mount and rw to a Mac volume from the IBM clone though. No problems with the Mac. It's an "old world" machine (pre green-n-white G3s), so when I compile a new kernel I have to copy it to "/System\ Folder/Linux\ Kernels/" so that BootX will load it after the initial MacOS boot. So, I just mount my MacOS9 volume on /boot.

anyways...I am rambling...

I would be interested if you have any problems, but most happy if you don't.

:)

Thanks,

I have hfs in my kernel, i mount with his command :

You can get the hfsplus driver from http://www.ardistech.com/hfsplus/

If you are using 2.6.x, to make it compile properly, you need to comment
out lines 73-83 of hfsplus/wrapper.c. Other than that, it seems to work
perfectly. I haven't tried it with 2.4.x
