Hello all,

I fancied updating my version of nmap, so I ran emerge -upv nmap to see what it wanted.

blin root # emerge -upv nmap

These are the packages that I would merge, in order:

I'm sure it's desirable to have the latest versions of everything, but for a PII 333,
it's painful, and so I only update packages for security reasons.

Any ideas why it's like this and what I can do to just get nmap without all the rest
of that stuff?

Calum
