Hi people, i stumbled across a weird problem when booting a kernel
i made an initial ram disk (mkinitrd /boot/initrd-2.6.1.img 2.6.1)
and added this to lilo :
initrd=/boot/initrd-2.6.1.img
Then I rebooted and I got a "Kernel panic no init found" (or something like that)
I have been using the steps I described on mandrake and it always worked: so i'm
puzzled. Can anyone help
P.s. Or do i just need the sysvinit package??
