I peeked inside gentoo bugzilla, and this bug is already known, but marked as
RESOLVED WORKSFORME. The ungif dependency is also missing in imlib ebuild,
which kdegraphics depends on. I've suggested adding the ungif dependency to
imlib, I'll see what will be the reaction.
