Yes, I am running dhcp ... however this does not happen on my FreeBSD box also running dhcp. Is this perhaps a bug in dhcpcd? FreeBSD uses isc-dhcp for its client software, and there is no trouble with overwriting this file. I do know that my dhcp server is not setup at all to configure ntp resources on the client.
So ... what can I do to fix this?
