I ran ACCEPT_KEYWORDS="~x86" emerge -p kde, and got the following blocks:
[blocks B ] <kde-base/kdelibs-3.1.4 (from pkg x11-libs/qt-3.2.3-r1) [blocks B ] media-sound/juk (from pkg kde-base/kdemultimedia-3.2.0 That last is no problem - I'll just unemerge juk. But, is the first a problem when one of the compiles is ebuild N ] kde-base/kdelibs-3.2.0? I don't want to unemerge kde-libs because, as I understand it, 3.2 will install alongside the current kde, which will not be removed. qt is listed before kde-libs. Will emerge just install the new kdelibs and then qt-3.2.3 will not be blocked? Am I making sense? Any advice appreciated. Thanks. -- Ed Jabbour -- [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing list
