[gentoo-user] ~OT: Server Replication

Is there a way to totally replicate a server onto another box? Files/configs/queues and all?   I have a couple of gentoo boxes running mail/web for a school, and i want to make sure that if one dies, the other can take over right away...   TIA   --reno
