The ti4200 is also a good option it maybe more expensive than the mx440 but the ti4200 can be really overclocked a lot. The ti4200 is certainly better in the fact that it has more 3d options and is a better performer than the mx440, but the price maybe a problem. Still there are a lot of ti4200 based boards out there and you can make your pick.
