I have 2 video cards with ATI Mach64 chipsets. My primary one is AGP and is a TV tuner. My secondary one is PCI and is just a regular video card. The problem is that when I compile support into the kernel for the atyfb driver, the secondary card gets initialized instead of the primary (which is the display that the boot is on). Also, the secondary display isn't anything useful. Its just a bunch of light blue curved lines spread out from the center of the screen: ((( ))) This card works just fine in X with the standard ati driver. My grub kernel command line doesn't have any video related options on it (video, vga, etc.). How can I get my primary card to be used for the framebuffer console?
