It would be really nice if those individuals requesting confirmations of mail receipts would stop. Why would anyone use that on a list? You are not conversing with a single end user,so why do you need confirmation??? This practice sucks!!
I disabled confirmation in MUA by default, so it can't poison me. IMHO bigger problem are individuals which like to start new thread by reply of another one.
