if you haven't (re)installex XML-Parser, please do "qpkg -l XML-Parser"
to see its contents (since epiphany 1.0.7 depends on >=intltool-0.29,
which in turn has a runtime depend on XML-Parser. Just to avoid this
sort of situation)

There seems to have been some issues where either XML-Parser is removed
(That can happen if you do emerge depclean or so) or where XML-Parser
installs itself into the wrong perl root.

If you have already re-installed XML-Parser, then a bug isn't much use,
neither is the output of qpkg -l XML-Parser.
