Do you need all three fat32 partitions? Are they full of something? If you could gather all your data in 1 or 2 you could use the third and install Linux on it. After that there is no problem to mount fat32 and fetch the data to Linux. Usually i backup only the data not the system files /OS/. Most secure way is first to write your data to CDs if it isn't too much of course. Hope this helps. Rumen.
