Sawfish is cool this way; I was easily able to create a theme with 2-pixel
yellow borders (only).
The point is that I do not want to build my own theme. I remember this used to be much easier with old window-managers. The point is that you want to strip decorations only from some of the windows, by a simple move based on the name of the class in Xresources)...
