I think I've got it set up properly now, but '/etc/init.d/net.ppp0
start' gives me this:

 * Bringing ppp0 up ...
SIOCDELRT: No such process                                                [ ok ]

Google says "The 'SIOCDELRT: No such process' error message is
normally generated when you try to delete a route which doesn't exist
or is no longer there."  Any tips?
