according to your specs you weren't just looking for CMS, but for CMS 
written in PHP ;) . For what it's worth I'd like to mention Plone 
(you've got all the components in portage tree) as a good 
implementation of CMS with some warnings: 
1. it doesn't meet your profile (you need python2.3 + Zope to run it)
2. if you know nothing about (1) you'd need to educate yourself quite 
a bit (Zope = python + TAL + METAL + DTML; Plone = Zope + CSS)
3. it's highly addictive :)
