if you can not umount the partition, you are out of luck. If you have written 
ANYTHING onto that partition, you do not have to think about undelete any 
more. 

If you really need that data back, you should have unmouted that part 
immidiatly, before the OS has a chance to overwrite something. 

If you are not root: forget it. data gone. This is not dos, where deleting is 
rename+overwrite.

Your best chance would be a prof. data recovery company, but this guys are 
really, really expensive. That is why everybody should do regular backups...
