No, it's a problem with libtool, not the ebuild.

Instead, you should have run 'fix_libtool_files.sh 3.3.4'.

Blah, one gcc upgrade (into the same slot) and we get 3 emails about it in 
just one day!  That freakin' libtool error needs to appear in the gentoo 
FAQ if it doesn't already.  If it's already there, WHY THE HECK DON'T 
PEOPLE READ IT?
