Hey everyone. A few messages have bounced from my mail server (killing my continuous archives of this mailing list :( ) and I'm trying to figure out why. The following error was sent to the gentoo mail server (which was then forwarded to me by the server): 452 - insufficient system storage. This is odd, because I have only 2% filesystem use on /home (where my ~/.maildir's are stored) and less than 16% use on /. I checked to see if maybe I was starting to run out of inodes (since I have thousands upon thousands of messages stored by now from various mailing lists, all stored as small individual files) but I'm only using 2% of all possible inodes, so that wasn't the problem. I have no idea what's going on. If anybody here can help to shed some light on what some of the possibilities may be it would be greatly appreciated :) I'm using the latest version of postfix along with amavisd-new (which also calls ClamAV and SpamAssassin) and procmail to actually deliver the mail.

James
