I upgraded to xorg 6.8.0 (it wanted to do it for an -upgrade world, and though it pissed me off a little, I thought I had better bite the bullet) and let it change most of the config files. I have heard lots of nasty things about the change (not from everyone of course) and didn't want to force it too much. So I made sure that I put the fonts back, and they seem to be there. I did also upgrade to kde 3.3.2, so that may play some part. I do get " for ' in firefox though on lots of French pages...
Also the colour of thunderbird has changed to a much darker grey.
Anyone have any feedback on these?
