If you have a 2 separate filters to put messages in this list into a folder, say "Gentoo-list", then you will have 2 copies of the same email. Look in your filters and if you find a redundant one, then delete it. For example, if you have a filter based on the subject keyword "[gentoo-user]" to move that mail to "Gentoo-list" AND you have ANOTHER filter on the email address "
[EMAIL PROTECTED]" to move that mail to "Gentoo-list", then you will have 2 copies of the same email in the "Gentoo-list" folder. Evolution does not recognize that you only want one copy in that folder. Just get rid of one of those filters.
