Not true. I'm getting to the grub menu. And it also normally boots into Win.#1) try to change 'init=/linuxrc' to 'init=/boot/linuxrc'. Also, it would seem that 'linuxrc' should appear in the boot directory. But I really don't understand it.
linuxrc is going to be on the initrd; so it will be /linuxrc not /boot/linuxrc.
Although, I'm using an initrd (+ linuxrc) and I'm not passing that option (nor ramdisk nor [I think] real_root -- I simply point root at /dev/vga/lv0).
I wouldn't mess with it at this point. It seems like you aren't even getting to the GRUB menu, which means this file has not relevance.
I will try removing some of the options. Altough, I don't see the reason why. I think most of them are working ok on other machines.
