After the emanation of some new laws in Italy, our boss today sayd that
we are going to fire 50% (10 persons) of personal, they are mostly woman
between 30 and 45, with data-entry and clients management skill (we work
for few banks). Someone has worked on linux desktop system other on w2k.

now:
I want to try teach them how to use office suites to make easyer for
them find another work, sadly my school level is not so high, I know
well how to use M$ office and quite well OO but teach it for me is a
nightmare.

What I need is:
a) suggestion on work know-how demand other than office suite
b) an example of a course, suggestion on the order to teach that stuff.
c) ready to use presentation and so on
def) good wind for them

If all this stuff seem vague, it's because I've not idea from where to
start.
I'm sure that in this list is there are people that have teached in
their life, if you can help please do.
