OK, so it's not an EXACT copy. If you want to reduce the size of the data to fit 4.7GB (or 4.4 GiB if you prefer :) you have to discard something. You either reduce the quality of everything by a sizeable factor, or you discard some elements of the DVD and reduce the quality of the remainder by less.
