OK I have checked the fstab file and it seems ok, Aafter I run "grub-install ..." it ends with
"..." "(FD0) /dev/fd0" "(HD0) /dev/hda" upon rebooting I am still getting a "primary master hard disk fail" and the light to my floppy drive is going crazy Does this mean that grub is looking for a floppy upon startup? I have tried to set the root device from the grub prompt to (hd0,0) and then run setup and although this seems to change the root device to the harddrive upon rebooting non of the settings are saved.
