Although I don't think that there would be much purpose to it unless you were downloading a _large_ file. There aren't many programs that this is necessary/capable of (OpenOffice.org comes to mind), so it's better to separately download the file. Besides, when you download with bittorrent, you're supposed to leave the torrents open for other people.
