Put a symlink into ~/Desktop/Autostart or start start needed programs and when you quit the XFCE4 session and check Save session. With both methods XFCE4 will start the needed programs when you login the next time. -- Should I get locked in the PRINCICAL'S OFFICE today -- or have a VASECTOMY??
