sun-jdk is a binary ebuild, you'll need to download the actual jdk
from sun, agree their license, and place them in the portage distfile
directory.

sun-j2sdk is a source ebuild, things are compiled at you computer.
They shouldn't make any difference.

One thing tho, I think sun-j2sdk is going to be deprecated, because of
Sun's over restrictive license. Gentoo devs who's worked on sun jdk
source will not be allowed to work on any other jdk/jre.
