Hi,
IIRC svgalib compilation depends on having correct link (/usr/src/linux)
pointing to your running/current kernel. It evidently uses some files
from kernel source.
So check if you have /usr/src/linux and where it points to.
PS: could check +symlink global USE-flag too.
