Ah, so it was supposed to have pulled it in...

Don't know enough to do anything more exotic that that yet...

No USE flags other than those that are in my make.defaults as follows:

Bear with me - I am working my way through the documentation. I'm just
trying to get enough of a system up and running while I am at it
to let me try things out while I am reading....
