I must admit that when I first read 'Herzlichen Gruesschen' I had to
giggle. It's not so wrong - I understood it, but you won't say it like
that. 

Regards -> Gruesse
Best Regards -> mit besten Gruessen
With kind Regards -> mit herzlichen Gruessen

However most of the time in German emails you find 'mfG', which
is short for 'mit freundlichen Gruessen' and very common.
