No pentium m processors have integrated wireless. the pentium m is a cpu. However centrino machines have built in wireless, its part of the centrino spec. centrino also uses pentium m. but just because your machine has a pentium-m cpu, doesn't make it centrino. lspci should tell you if you have a wireless chipset in your machine.
