bah, Found the solution: I just emerge kde-meta one day before (according to kdeaddons-meta Changelog) konq-plugins was added to kdeaddons-meta dependecy list. So after emergeing konq-plugins it's there now. But it's a bad policy IMHO. After changing (adding a dependecy) the ebuild should get a new (r1) version, or am I wrong?
