Also, OpenOffice allow files/documents to be save out a PDF. Maybe this works for most systems. Maybe OO will have the ability to look at all file. One could also temporarily pull the ethernet cable from a machine while using such untrusted software, unless it's via a web browser.... As for the security issue of Acorbat7, maybe in can be filter in the firewall rules, or, it needs to be installed in a chrooted environment for closer study and analysis.
