Yes, thanks. I read the bug and that is it. -r12 seems to still be the default for "hardened-sources".
Now how do I get it to emerge -r13? Various incantations always return that no ebuild is available for that.
Never mind. It seems that between my emerge --sync of yesterday and one of today that it was updated to be the new default.
