Hello Hendr�,
You need the usb keyboard driver. In the kernel config
you need CONFIG_USB_KBD=y or CONFIG_USB_KBD=m and if
compliled as a module it will appear as this file:
/lib/modules/$KV/kernel/drivers/usb/input/usbkbd.ko
If that module exists you can make it autoload like
this:
echo usbkbd >> /etc/modules.autoload.d/kernel-2.6
