What are you using to write these?  Are they "fixated"?  Maybe "cdrecord
... -fix" can help...

Actually, looks like he's trying to mount the CD with ext2/3 filesystem instead of iso9660

try:

mount -t iso9660 /dev/hdc /mnt/cdrom


If that works, fix your fstab
