Hi to everyone I have upgraded my gentoo system (emerge -Du system) and I included an upgrade even of GCC and other basic system programs. Now I have a problem with samba:
/etc/init.d/samba start * samba -> start: smbd ... /usr/sbin/smbd: error while loading shared libraries: libcom_err.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory [ !! ] * samba -> start: nmbd ... /usr/sbin/nmbd: error while loading shared libraries: libcom_err.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory [ !! ] * Error: stopping services (see system logs) * samba -> stop: smbd ... [ !! ] * samba -> stop: nmbd ... [ !! ] Does anyone of you know this problem and can help me to solve it? I have searched on system logs, but I found nothing...
