Before that. I used emerge --buildpkgonly from
k6/gentoo to get a binary of pppconfig so now I can
use pon/poff from my sempron/gentoo2005.0 box. I'm
hoping that will give me some sort of advantage to
solving this boot problem over moving files between
machines but I don't know what that might be.
