You need a java compiler. If you have a jdk like blackdown-jdk or sun-jdk then you can use java-config to choose which one you want. You can "emerge jikes" to get just a compiler. For gcj, you need to remerge gcc with USE=gcj enabled. Almost any one of these compilers should work. Zac -- gentoo-user@gentoo.org mailing list
