Nope but if I save it to the desktop,
bunzip2 it ..
tar xvf it ..
cd to the directory

bash-2.05b$ ls
36x36  README  index.theme  makePngFromSvg.sh  scalable
bash-2.05b$ cat README
This is a mostly complete svg icon set based on SGI's Indigo Magic Desktop.

If you come across any file types missing icons, drop me a note at
[EMAIL PROTECTED] and I'll add it

Yep it opens by bunzip2
