Anyone experienced any problems with their gentoo system refusing to shutdown..??
My system, running on a Tyan motherboard with twin PIII processors and GeForce4 Ti 4200 display, seems to be unstoppable... I suspect it is the X server which is refusing to stop, but I am not sure what is getting it in such a state. Any ideas? Is there anything I can do other than a hard reset in this condition?
