At a per-bug level, I don't think there is a way. In your Bugzilla preferences you can enable or disable receiving mail when you're the reporter of a bug, at a global level. A possible workaround: disable reporter-mail in your account, then add yourself to the CC list of all bugs you reported and report in the future. This way you can control it per-bug.
