Jpilot is a great programme and works well but I am having problems with
the £ symbol. I need to export from my memo pad as a text file, when I
do all my £'s become
[EMAIL PROTECTED] ~/mydocs/Chubb (Work)/Timesheets $ cat memo.txt | grep £
+or 14058n 7ah battery £45
+or 14058n 7ah battery £45
assist eng on airitec - parking £1
This data goes into a Python script that generates a timesheet, complete
with '£'. I have tried various character sets but cannot seem to work
it out. I could adapt the Python script but I suspect but I would rather
correct jpilot.
Can anyone point me in the right direction ?
