I know, mysql >= 5.5 is masked even on ~amd64, but I need mysql 5.5 for the improved InnoDB support it has.
When I run emerge --config =dev-db/mysql-5.5.19, it doesn't complete and I see this in mysql_install_db.log: //usr/bin/mysql_install_db: No such file or directory The command doesn't exist, tried that on the shell. -- Nilesh Govindarajan http://nileshgr.com
