Read the first few paragraphs and apply what is suggested there for the digest lists. Alternatively, 3. Go to your gmail account. 4. Open any message from this list, like this one for example. 5. Click on the drop down menu that says "More" when you hover your mouse over it (top right corner of the message frame). 6. Select "Show original". 7.
