Hi again! I don't have pulseaudio and my device doesn't appear as a separate device. What I really can't get is why arecord -L shows me info about speakers when it's supposed to show only capture devices. Also, could someone please give me an example of arecord usage to capture from a (non-default) device named 2,0 in vlc. (I *did* read the man page but it's still a bit unclear) Thanks for your help, Ezequiel.
