believe or not, I have double checked the /etc/ini.d , there is no service script udev-postmount since Udev-180. I downgrade to Udev-171-r8 and all things goes well ,udev-postmount service has auto started at runlevel,I can enter the X now ,but has something wrong with Gnome3.4 .and It gets fallback mode maybe recompile packages that depend Udev can fix this .
