And I also have USE=-win64 on a 64bit Gentoo system (I mostly run corporatey Windows apps and you'd be amazed how many are still 32 bit only...) Is there any further clue as to what file is not being found in the first case? What do you get if you run ldd against the wine binary? In the second case, I suspect there's something wrong with your 32 bit OpenGL install.
