Hi, Tanstaafl. As soon as I get my set of anti-malware rescue disks set up (Kaspersky, Trend Micro, AVG, and Bitdefender), for right now on four separate USB flash drives (thereby wasting most of the space on the flash drives!), I'm going to start experimenting with the multiboot USB creator programs. If they work, they must be a far better way to do this. The rescue disks use way under 1Gb, and my flash drives have 4Gb.
